Potato and Cheese Bread Balls, a perfect new snack for today's hi-tea. It is super quick and very easy, and the kids will enjoy helping out as you make these.
Ingredients:
- 10 Slices Bake Parlor Plain Bread
- 5 medium sized potatoes
- 1 tbsp green chili paste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon crushed cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cheddar cheese cut in cubes
Method:
1. Boil and mash the potatoes
2. Add green chili paste, coriander leaves, crushed cumin, black pepper, white pepper, and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Make ten equal portions of the mixture and place cheddar cheese cubes on each one of them.
4. Cut corners of all the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
5. Place the portions in the center of the flattened bread slice and brush the edges of the flattened bread slice with water.
6. Cover the stuffing with the bread by bringing the corners into the center and press them together to make a bread ball. 7. Repeat the same process for all the bread slices.
8. Deep fry the bread balls until they are crispy and golden brown
9. Serve these mouth watering and flavorful bread balls alongside green chatni or classic ketchup and enjoy your evening with your loved ones!
