Ingredients:
- 4 Bread Slices
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onions
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ Cup Chopped Lettuce and Red Capsicum
- ¼ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper | Red Chili Flakes | Mustard Powder
- 4 Tbsp Mayo
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add garlic, green chili, onion, and squeeze the lemon.
2. Add Lettuce and Capsicum to the bowl.
3. Add the mayo and spices and give all the ingredients a good mix.
4. Butter the bread slices lightly on both sides. Toast them in a pan until they turn crisp and golden-brown.
5. On a toasted slice of bread, spread the mixture generously.
6. Add another slice on top and viola, your delicious sandwich is ready to be served!
