Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products you have ordered are not available in stock, our call center will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have provided us with the right details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available in stock, replace your preference with what is available in stock or cancel your order.

Order Processing

We pray it doesn't come to this but in case your order items are not available if we are not able to fulfill your order due to any unforeseen circumstances (including your area out of our delivery reach), we would (with a heavy heart) cancel your order and the entire amount of your order will be refunded; no questions asked.

Prices

The prices payable for products that you order will be as set out on our website at the time of check out and will be exclusive of delivery charges which will be shown separately. Wherever it is not possible to accept your order as per the set out price, you will be intimated by our call center.
