Ingredients
- One Slice of Bake Parlor Bran Bread
- One Fried Egg
- One Slice of Cheddar Cheese
- Two Slices of Tomatoes
- 1 Table Spoon of Mayonnaise.
Method
Toast the slice of Bake Parlor Bran Bread on a pan on low heat - Spread Mayonnaise on one side of the toasted slice - Place the slice of cheddar cheese on the same side and put it again in the pan to melt the cheese - Half Fry an egg simultaneously - Once the cheese has melted, place the two slices of tomatoes on the toasted slice of bread - Place the half fried egg sunny side up. Voila! A healthy quick fix for your breakfast on a calm Sunday. Sit back & Enjoy!
