Ingredients
- 8 Slices of Bake Parlor White Bread
- Green Peas & Potato Filling
- Chickpea Flour Batter
Method
For Peas & Potato Filling, boil Four Medium sized potatoes & a handful of Green Peas untill soft. Mash them together and add One Tablespoon of Coriander Powder, Half Table Spoon of Turmeric Powder, Half Tablespoon of Black Pepper & Salt as per Taste and Two Chopped Green Chillis. Squeeze a lemon and give it a mix. For the Batter, Mix Three Fourth of a cup of Chickpea flour with Half Teaspoon of red Chilli powder & Pour Half Cup water to make it into a thick Batter. Fill the slices of Bread with Green Peas & Potatoes Filling & Dip the Bread into the Batter covering both sides. Drop the Bread into Hot Oil and set the flame on Medium Heat. Fry until both sides are crispy and turns golden. We are now all set to take a bite into an all time famous Street Food called Bread Pakora. Enjoy it with Milk Tea. You ll be in much of a luck if it rains today!
