Ingredients:
- 4 Bake Parlor Tortilla Big Wrap
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Garlic Finely Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Cumin | Coriander | Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 500g Ground Beef
- 200g Boiled Rice
- 200g Chopped Tomatoes
- 200g Kidney Beans
Toppings:
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Lettuce
- Sliced Red Onion
- Sliced Chili
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Sweet Corn
Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in a large pan. Add in the onions, garlic, spices, and oregano for 1 minute. Add in the ground beef, mix well, and let it sizzle for 5 minutes until brown. Splash the vinegar and add in the tomatoes and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add in the beans and water from the can. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the beef turns into thick gravy.
Step 3: Heat the tortillas following the pack’s instruction. Pile on some rice and beef along each tortilla. Scatter over the toppings of your choice.
Fold over the ends and roll up to seal. Eat up!
