At Bake Parlor Bread, to provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by emailing us at support@bakeparlorbread.com. For immediate response, please call us on ++92 21 3506 5128 or our third party delivery company. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing the order provided your order is scheduled for next day delivery or later. Same day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Item(s) Order Errors*

If you receive item(s) that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us or our third-party delivery company as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. We will deliver the correct items to you free of cost (as per availability and schedule of our delivery team).

Your order will be priority and we will haste in making it right for you. In all cases, please return the item(s) order in the original packaging* to our delivery rider. If the item(s) returned are found to be used or tampered, we would not be able to accept those for return.

Item(s) Order Incomplete*

In the rare occasion that you do not receive item(s) that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us or your third-party delivery service as soon as you notice that any item(s) items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed item(s) before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card or we will refund you with a store credit. No cash refunds.

Item(s) Dissatisfaction*

We bake our products fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the products we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory item(s) caused by a dislike or objects in the item(s). We will need the item(s) returned in the original packaging* so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new item(s) order. If you do not wish to receive a new item, we may refund the amount to a credit card or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the item(s) in the original packaging* and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.

Cancel Order

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is dispatched.
